Its autumn in my wonderful city (as some of you know) and the sun the shining the air is warm but not hot and I have just finished my delicious lunch time long black. I am feeling inspired to go on a bike ride around my neighbor hood for some exploring.

Feeling of relief is also enhanced by a feeling of FINALLY getting on top of a big website re-design I have been doing. So many contributing factors often had my poor brain in over drive. It should be ready for presentation really soon. Yipee!

So to celebrate I delved into my bookmarks tagged "inspiration" and here are a few choca full of artistic homely girlie loveliness...

No posts in ages, yes, excuses? Nope, none.. except busy i suppose.

What I have been up to includes knitting lots, a headband, rosette, fingerless gloves. The crochet side of things still a little sketchy but found another good crochet book to reference and have brought some Patons yarn for a hat (winter coming) I might try more rosettey thingies for decoration. I finished a jacket, well the pieces anyways, have to sew it up and I don't have an iron, so waiting to sort that out.

I started another painting for my Mum, first it will decorate the big family house soon to go on the market to be filled by a new family, then it will follow her where ever she wants to take it.

I have also found a new mountain bike buddy or two maybe! Which is very cool, one of them is pretty much same level as me, so yay for someone to laugh with about the difficult bits. She is also into climbing, so double yay!

Business is busy and I am loving it, get a bit annoyed tho it seems to be zapping my brain of all the "on to it" energy and the rest of my life is full of forgotten air head moments.

Awhile ago I posted I was reading "bullet proof web design" 

Here is my take: A nice, easy to read and follow book. I created an HTML + CSS file while reading to make sure i had examples to keep (since it was from the library) and to be certain I understood it. As a result I am positive my CSS and HTML files are better constructed than before reading it.

I can't quite remember if this was correct, but the impression was that most of the examples were more suited to a set width layout, it also would of been nice for the tabbed navigation section to include info on how to write multi level navigation.

Most HTML CSS books look like bibles, boring, no colour pictures and thick as... bibles! So this relatively thin book full of colour pictures was a "breath of fresh air" and as an added bonus, I had no problems getting through it before the libraries due date.
